I felt like I ate a TON today. I was cautioned that consistently being under my daily points might cause me trouble down the road, so I tried to make sure I was eating my full points.
Lunch - All the ingredients is basically a steak salad at a local restaurant

So, I’m watching Hurricane Irene coverage on MSNBC, and the reporter is standing out in the middle of the street in Virginia Beach. He’s talking about all the idiots that are out and about, being reckless, going into the ocean, etc.
As he’s standing there, there is a guy in the background literally doing a rain dance in the middle of the street.

The First Mile
I did something pretty amazing today. It won’t be even considered very ambitious to some of you fitblrs out there, but for me, it was a milestone.
I walked (and sometimes jogged) a whole mile - in one stretch. It took me about 25 minutes, but I did it.

So, I can splurge on Outback, so days ago I signed up to receive a text message to the ‘BIG THING’ that Outback said was going to be announced.
So, at 9:01, they announced that they were giving away 1,000,000 free steak dinners. By 9:04, when I finally got logged on the their site, they had given them all away.
