A Change Will Do You Good

This is my weight loss life on Tumblr. I've always known what to do, but never had the willpower or support to really do it right. With everyone's help, I will get there and make a change that WILL be Good. My starting weight was 280 lbs. I've just broke the 235 barrier; I have no idea at this point what my UGW is.
